What are your hours?
Monday - Sunday. 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can load the payment App with your credit card.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 80 pound machines that will fit comforters.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
What if I forget to bring detergent?
We sell detergent at our laundromat.
Are you attended?
Yes, there is always someone to help you.
Wash & Fold:
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your wash and fold any time during our store hours
Do you use a good detergent when you wash my clothes?
Yes! We use Tide detergent, Downy Softener, Bounce dryer sheets and we offer Free & Clear for those with sensitive skin.
How much does wash and fold cost?
$1.25/lb. for next day, $1.50/lb. for same day. (Same day orders must be dropped off by 12:00 p.m.)
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 10 pounds.
Will you hang my clothes?
We will hang clothes upon request.
Do you wash my clothes with other customer's clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another

When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Monday - Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
How much is pickup & Delivery?
$1.60/lb. if you sign up for recurring service. $1.75/lb. for one off customers.
What is the turnaround time?
24 hours
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 25 pounds.
Will you pick up my laundry if I'm not home?
Yes. Just leave it in a secure location and let us know where we can pick it up.
What if I go on vacation and I am a recurring customer?
You can always suspend pickup and delivery when you are going to be out of town. You can do this online where you place your orders.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We know that you will remain a customer as long as we provide you great service.
